Puma Exploration names Dominique Gagné as VP of exploration

Rimouski, September 9th, 2013 –Puma Exploration (PUM-TSXV) is pleased to announce Dominique Gagné, P.Geo as Vice-President of Exploration. Active in the mining sector since 2004, M. Gagné is graduate from Universtité du Québec à Montréal in Earth Science (geology) and in GIS. He acted as Project Geologist for many exploration projects. M. Gagné is a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick.

Puma also announces that all resolutions were approved by shareholders of the Company at its August 29, 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This included the election of directors and appointment of auditors. The shareholders elected Marcel Robillard, André Proulx, Richard Thibault, Anne Slivitzky and Arness Cordick to the Board of Directors. The Officers of the Society, as appointed by the Board of Directors, are Marcel Robillard (President, CEO and Secretary) and Karl McLellan (CFO). The Board of Directors has reappointed André Proulx as Chairman of the Board.
